You can avoid coming to the clinic and exposing yourselves to other persons who may be infected. Most problems are minor and can be sorted out with simple advice given over the phone or chat.

2. Navigate to https://doxy.me/veturi and enter your/your child's name and wait for the doctor to connect with you. This service is easy and secure, it does not entail any registration or downloading of any app/software. You also do not need to share any personal information with the website. I will be using this service until we start full fledged OPD services at the clinic. Since this does not entail any appointment, you need to wait fro me to connect to you.
